Cook, Full Time - Plan for and prepare nutritious and appealing meals for Childhaven residents, and cost-effectively manage the kitchen and food service program. Primary duties include: adhere to healthy menu plans for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, considering ages and special dietary needs of residents. Assure there is sufficient food to prepare both weekday and weekend menus. Use donated food items are used or stored in a timely manner to minimize waste. Responsible for state reimbursement paperwork and maintaining records for compliance with state Health Department standards and National School Lunch Program (NSLP). Requires high school diploma or GED, current driver's license, ability to obtain Food Handlers Permit, basic math skills, ability to lift 50 lbs, pass a background check, and must enjoy working with children. Therapist, Part Time - Responsible for the overall clinical needs of clients. Provide individual, group and family counseling. Requires Licensure in NM (LMSW, LPCC, LPC, LISW, LMFT, LMAT, RN,CNS or psychologist/psychiatrist).

Primary duties include: Provide therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and adults (individual, group and family therapy). Maintain timely and accurate records of counseling/ therapy sessions, Service Assessments, Treatment Plans (Review every 90 days and make appropriate changes), and Discharge Summaries. Consult with collateral services (Social Services, parents, school personnel, probation office and others) who may have knowledge of client history/needs.

Job knowledge and skills needed: Working knowledge of child development, effects of trauma on children, and dynamics of child abuse, domestic violence and family dynamics. Effective communication and problem solving skills. Familiarity with community services and social services delivery system. Working knowledge of the DSM-V. Crisis management skills required.
