Cook, Full Time - Plans for and prepares nutritious and appealing meals for Childhaven clients. Responsible for safe, efficient and cost-effective management of the kitchen and food service program. Details here.

Services Coordinator, Full Time - Responsible for responding to service inquiries, initiating intakes, discharges, and referral coordination within the various programs, as well as other agencies. Requires AA degree in a human services or related field with 2 years experience, or a High School Diploma or GED, plus 3 years related experience. Details here.

Primary duties include: Identify/triage the needs of client/family; coordinate and assure linkages to services in a timely manner, including scheduling, and notifying all parties. Conduct face to face intake/discharge with the client and guardian. Deliver documents to the proper staff or outside agency, and track all timelines. Complete quality assurance audits, and regular Medicaid eligibility. Create and maintain OPBH client rosters spreadsheet. Inventory and order supplies. And complete other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Job knowledge and skills needed: Working knowledge of human development, mental health diagnosis, and substance abuse. Excellent oral/written communication/organizational skills, adept at in working with people in a culturally diverse environment, fluency in Navajo or Spanish desired. Familiarity with community services, social services delivery systems, medical office experience a plus. Understanding strict confidentiality requirements and adherence to HIPAA regulations. Mental Health Therapist, Full Time - Responsible for the overall clinical needs of clients. Provide individual, group and family counseling. Requires Licensure in NM (LMSW, LPCC, LPC, LISW, LMFT, LMAT, RN,CNS or psychologist/psychiatrist). Details here.

Primary duties include: Provide therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and adults (individual, group and family therapy). Maintain timely and accurate records of counseling/ therapy sessions, Service Assessments, Treatment Plans (Review every 90 days and make appropriate changes), and Discharge Summaries. Consult with collateral services (Social Services, parents, school personnel, probation office and others) who may have knowledge of client history/needs.

Job knowledge and skills needed: Working knowledge of child development, effects of trauma on children, and dynamics of child abuse, domestic violence and family dynamics. Effective communication and problem solving skills. Familiarity with community services and social services delivery system. Working knowledge of the DSM-V. Crisis management skills required.
